There is a large heated pool (with security cover) in the 4500m² parklike grounds which are dotted with statues, fruit trees, grape vines, and huge trees including an ancient magnolia grandiflora. This is a beautiful sprawling french country garden, un-manicured and a true delight to discover.

Approximately 10 minutes drive from the nearest town of Fonteney Le Comte and 20 minutes from Lucon. It is ideally situated in the Du Marius Nature Reserve.
It has a private full sized swimming pool which is fenced off for security and a large garden.
