We are continuously looking for good quality properties (ideally with swimming pools) to add to our ever expanding portfolio of holiday homes to let.
With all of our years of experience in the letting agency market we have a good knowledge of what customers are requiring in their holiday home as well as a good all round knowledge of the holiday lettings market.
Holiday1 acts as a Booking Agent on behalf of owners in return for a commission on lets achieved. If we do not achieve a booking for you then no commission is payable, we only get paid for bookings achieved.
Tailor made to suit property owners
At Holiday1 we recognise that different property owners have individual requirements and we shall do our utmost to discuss with you and tailor make a package for advertising your property.
If you would like to let your holiday home we would very happy to discuss, with no commitment, the possibilities of letting your holiday home on our website.

We have heavily invested in advertising widely on suitable websites, as well as our own Holiday1 website, various magazines and newspapers with a much wider exposure than an individual Owner could afford for a single property. We have built up a very strong data base of customers over the years. Over 55% of our customers have previously booked with Holiday1 and are very happy with our services and the properties which we offer and are happy and confident to re-book with us year after year. These customers know the sort of property we let and the standards which we continually strive to achieve.

We appreciate that customers enquire about their potential holidays at any time of day, and any day of the week. We are contactable at any time of day, 7 days a week and strive to reply all customers as soon as possible. Owners can contact us too at any time!
Owners remain free to let their property themselves
If you already let your property yourself but would like to fill empty weeks, we can probably help. We do not require any exclusivity and will block off weeks that an Owner does not want us to let on their behalf. However, in order to avoid double bookings, we do need to act as the only booking point or office. As we let in excess of 100+ properties, it is impossible for us to contact Owners whenever we receive an enquiry and tenants require an immediate answer when they choose a property that suits them. Any delay results in the enquirer booking elsewhere. It is impossible for Owners to work with a competing letting Agency.
Quality and attracting return tenants
In recent years the holiday lettings industry has become very competitive and customers now expect good quality properties, furniture and beds. The most successful properties are those that attract return tenants though this will inevitably take time to achieve and will depend on the tenant enjoying a trouble free holiday in a comfortable property.
Photos
Primarily, customers choose their holiday homes by the photos – a photo is worth a 1000 words! We cannot therefore stress highly enough the importance of having good photos in order to sell your property to its best advantage, lovely blue skies, swimming pools open, tidy, dressed interior rooms etc – this will maximize your rentals.

We endeavour to make things as easy and straight forward for our property owners as possible. Just email the details of the property and area to us together with some great photos and we will create the advert for you. Your holiday home will be advertised on multiple pages of the website in order to get the property maximum exposure. We will even advertise your property on various other websites and set everything up for you. We will do as little or as much advertising as you wish. We fully appreciate that people have very hectic lives and will do everything possible to lighten the load.
