you and your family enjoy riding a bike, you can borrow any of our
mountain-bikes anytime you like.
For the little ones:Children games (swings, etc...), sand pit, not to
mention the farm animals. Ducks, rabbits, chicken and goats can be fed and
touched, they love it!
In the gym, eight machines await you
Both football and table-tennis tables and an electronic dart

The cottage is situated on the ground floor, entrance side on the right.
As you enter the cottage, you will be pleasantly surprised by the authenticity of the premises with its solid wood furniture, its exposed beams and its wooden floor in the bedroom, just to give you some examples.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, a fridge, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a round table and a few chairs.
In the large living room, you have a long sideboard, a sofa (1.30 m wide bed), two armchairs, a television, a table and six chairs, a glass cabinet and a cupboard. All furniture is made of solid wood.
The first bedroom has a 1.40 wide bed, a bedside table and a solid wood cupboard.
Finally there is a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a washbasin and a separate toilet. The second bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds.
It is possible to add a cot &/or a high chair. These must be requested when booking.

As the night falls, the whole area is bathed in lights to the delight
of all our guests who can enjoy the balmy air and the warm water of the
pool. Guests can relay their adventures of the day to each other in the
barbecue area, may-be over a glass of local wine. All the facilities on
site are available not only throughout the day, but also through the
evening.

This recently renovated gite stands alone at the front of the complex and sleeps up to 5 people. From the lounge there are French doors leading out to a private patio area with garden furniture and bbq.
The lounge and kitchen area face the front of the property with plenty of relaxing seating for 5 people. There is a table and chairs, TV, and beautiful wood ceiling and stairs in the mezzanine style. Kitchen area is fully equipped, with the additional benefit of the summer kitchen and large outside bbq, which has all cooking utensils for a great meal.
Benefiting from a downstairs WC and shower, this is ideal for a family with children.
There are 2 bedrooms, one double sleeps 2 and the 2nd bedroom has a double and single bed (over the double bed) for 3 people. Large windows keep these rooms very light, with wooden staircase and balcony.
Additionally there is a WC and washbasin upstairs.
Cot and highchair are available and must be requested at time of booking.

On entering Le Pinson, there is a large lounge with open fireplace and seating to accommodate 9 people. There is also a PIANO to get the party going and entertain your friends.
Off the lounge there is a large dining room, with french table that seats 24 people, also has an open fireplace.
Full Kitchen with walk-in larder, dishwasher, washer and all utensils. Beautiful wood staircase leads to:

It is located approximately 5 minutes from Vouvant, 10 minutes from Mervent. The nearest town of La Chataignerie is approx 15 minutes drive and the Rennaissance town of Fonteney le Comte with lots of lovely cafes,restaurants, shops, hypermarkets etc approx 20 minutes drive.
