Chez william is a lovely 3 bedroomed property which has been totally renovated and furnished to a very high standard.
The property is in a quiet village location in the South Vendee, yet there are plenty of things to do in the area - something for everyone! It is a great base from which to discover the region by car, bike or walking.
The house is really well set up and extremely comfortable.

ACCOMMODATION
Situated in the village of La Taille, this is a detached town house which is very deceptive. Fairly plain on the outside, it hides a large and very comfortable interior. 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all decorated and maintained to a very hugh standard. The kichen/ dining room is modern and well equipped and has good light, with gas oven/hob, large fridge/freezer, micro-wave oven and lots of crockery and utensils. At the other end of this large room is a table with 6 chairs.
The lounge is very spacious with comfortable settees and easy chairs, coffee table, Sky TV and DVD player and music centre.
The ground floor bedroom is a large double with new en-suite bathroom with large shower, WC and hand basin. There is also a washing machine and dryer in this room.
The first floor comprises 2 double bedrooms, the first with twin beds and the second with a double bed. A cot is also available.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, hand basin and dressing table. There is a seperate WC.
Outside there is a small courtyard with a covered dining area, ideal for barbecues. A table and chairs and a gas barbecue are provided. The courtyard is a good suntrap and really good barbecue spot.

PRICES
Chez William is a Thursday changeover day
Low season. (October to April)                    £275 per week
Mid Season. (May.June and September)   £350 per week
High Season. (July and August.)                  £475 per week

Prices include hire of bed linen and towels - you must bring your own beach towels.
£100 Security Deposit which is fully refundable if no damage to property and property left in a clean and tidy condition.

LOCATION
The property is in a quiet village location in the South Vendee, yet there are plenty of things to do in the area - something for everyone!
Nearest Boulangerie is 200 mtrs, restaurant bar is 600 mts away next to the river - very pleasant. Other good restaurants are in Marans as well as a supermarket. Bikes can be hired in Marans.
La Taille is an ideal location to visit all the areas of the South Vendee. Just 10 minutes from Marans, and 30 minutes from La Rochelle. 15 minutes from Fontenay le Comte and in the heart of the Marais.
