spacious gites each with it's own fully equipped kitchen, garden furniture, bbq
and large terrace. FRENE is the 3 bedroomed Gite. All have central heating. The property enjoys
views over open countryside and has 2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped
gardens.

One the spilt level is Double Bedroom with wardrobe and bedside table. Just opposite this is a downstairs shower room with walkin shower, WC, washbasin, washing machine.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are located on the first floor. Each bedroom has Two Single Beds, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. They offer good views over the gardens and countryside.
There is also a shower room on this level with a walk in shower, WC and washbasin.

Frene is a Thursday changeover day, however, this is flexible outside of the main season.
There is a £200 security deposit which is fully refundable if no damage to the property or breakages and left in a clean and tidy condition.
Hire of Bed linen, if required, £7 per person per week. Hire of house towels £10 per set. Bring your own beach/pool towels.
Supplement of £50 for 7 night durations in school summer holidays.
Arrivals after 4pm and departures by 10am

La Grange is situated in rural surroundings. L'Hermenault village is very close and offers a bakery, butchers, tabac, supermarket, post office, 2 banks, dentist, and an English speaking Doctor. St Martins Des Fontaines is closer but offers no shops - but it has a bar and does good food.

Venice Vert with the canals is approx 20 minutes drive.
L'Hermenault village is 15-minute walk (1.5km).
Beautiful beaches of Les Sables D'Olonne, La Tranche Sur Mer, Les Conches etc are approx 45 minutes drive. La Rochelle offers a beautiful harbour, Great seafood restaurants and a good beach and is 45 minutes drive.
