offer a small family run complex with 3 self catering holiday gites which can be
let individually or all together to accommodate a larger group of family and
friends. The gites are set in large gardens and have shared use of a Salt
Water swimming pool (10m x 5m) which is fenced off for security. The
property is set in a private location, not overlooked and fully enclosed for
children's security. Located between the towns of Fontenay le Comte and La
Chataigneraie and only 4 miles from the very popular, medieval village of
Vouvant.

The property is located just off the D938 La Chataigneraie Fontenay-Le-Comte road. In the Sunny South Vendee.
The beautiful village of Vouvant is only 4 miles away and has cafes, restaurants, boulangerie etc. Very popular with tourists.
There are so many things to do in the Vendee, it's hard to know where to begin, but there is something for everyone, family attractions, water parks, beaches and lots of lovely walks and scenery if you just want to chill out.
Beautiful West Coast beaches are approximately 45 minutes drive.
Lakeside beaches are located 10-15 minutesaway.
La Rochelle is a must to visit with the aquarium, lovely shops, parks, beach, and plenty of good restaurants.
La Roche sur Yon is ideal if you like shopping, as is the renaissance town of Fontenay le Comte with its chateau.
Marais Poitevin (Green Venice) is not far away, a great trip out where you can take out a boat on your own or with a guide.
Just a few minutes away are a small Zoo and the Parc Pierre Brune, ideal for children. There is an adventure park for the adults where you can try your hand on an assault course or experience Paint ball. The forest itself is ideal for Walking and Cycling and has many Picnic areas.
There are several theme parks, including Puy de Fou which offers a great medieval day out for the whole family with exceptional falconry displays.
Futuroscope is another popular theme park.
If you enjoy a glass of wine, you will enjoy a visit to the local wine town of Mareuil sur Lay.
There are beautiful gardens in Lucon, where they have a large lake covered with lotus flowers in July and August.
For those looking for an active holiday there is an abundance of activities, including golf, fishing, cycling, horse riding, boating and swimming, all within easy reach.
