offer a lovely 3 bedroomed Villa located on the exclusive island of Ile de Re in
the Charente Maritime region of France.
Ile de Re has lovely beaches which are ideal for surfing, windsurfing, swimming, sunbathing, fishing etc and boasts a great choice of restaurants. It is very conveniently close to the popular and beautiful town of La Rochelle with its old port.
We have wonderful sunsets on a very regular basis. Our property is located just 300 metres from the small natural beach, which is ideal for fishing, bathing can be done from here but a little further on there are beaches for swimming, bathing, surfing, windsurfing etc.

ACCOMMODATION
Our family holiday home offers comfortable accommodation throughout.
We have an open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc. Patio doors lead onto the decking area and garden.
Lounge area with seating, TV (french ), and dining area have several French doors which again lead onto the decking and garden.
2 Double bedrooms with wardrobes and French doors leading onto the garden
1 Family room consisting of Double bed and bunk beds with wardrobes.
Bathroom has a small bath, shower, WC and washbasin.
OUTSIDE
Wooden decking area with table and chairs and good sized garden with sunloungers.

Pets are welcome at the property .
No smoking allowed within the property.

We require a security deposit, this is be presented to the owners upon arrival at the property a cheque for 500 Euros, this will NOT be banked, and will be returned to yourselves at the end of the holiday or within 2 weeks of the end of the rental period, if no damage to property and left in a clean and tidy condition.
Changeover day is a Saturday.

Ile de Re is a very exclusive island and has an abundance of great restaurants, pubs, cafes and there is also a nightclub.
Activities in the area include tennis courts, horse riding, various water sports, walking, swimming, mountain biking, etc etc
La Rochelle is only approx 15km away which is a must see.
There is plenty to do in the area, something for everyone, for all ages and preferences.
St Malo - 3.5 hours drive
Caen - 4.5 hours drive
Calais - 6.5 hours drive
