This is a lovely property which has been renovated to a high standard and maintains lots of character features.
Located in the quiet hamlet of Coubaron, so an ideal setting for a quiet holiday yet within easy reach of all amenities.
The property is not overlooked, except for on the west facing side where there is a farm, visitors will hear cows mooing in the distance, and the odd tractor passes along the farm road to the front of the property.
ACCOMMODATION
Large Farmhouse kitchen (30sqm): Seats 8 on expanding wooden table, gas oven + hob, sink, fridge freezer, dishwasher, separate mini electric oven + grill.
Washing machine in separate laundry area.
Large lounge ( 30sqm ): L shaped sofa with fold out double bed, TV + sat English TV, chimney insert fireplace.
Door to side patio area that is west facing so gets afternoon + evening sun.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms + family bathroom.
Bed1: The red room with heart shaped window over the king size bed. Large enough to add a cot also ( we have one if required).
Bed2: Large room 1 double + 2 singles.
Bed3: Large room 1 double + 1 single.
Bathroom: Spa bath, Hammam shower with sauna steam mode, double sinks, wc.
OUTSIDE
Patio furniture: BBQ, metal/glass table + 6 matching chairs.
Front garden, enclosed and laid to grass, hammock. This area is south facing so nice spot for sun bathing during the day.
Side garden: east facing, very large 1/2 acre area of grass, ideal for kids to play football and have a run around. Climbing frame and swing.
Swimming pool (installed by mid August 2010).

Hire of bed linen and towels is included in the price but you will need to bring Pool/Beach towels.
There is a £300 security deposit which is fully refundable if no damage to property and left in a clean and tidy condition.
Guests are expected to leave the property in clean and tidy condition as they find it.

Located in the South Vendee, 10 minutes drive from the historic renaissance town of Fontenay Le Comte which has a selection of hypermarkets, shops, cafes restaurants etc.
Close to the waterways and canals of the Marais Poitevin with great fishing (permits available from the local bar tabac). The forest of Mervent 15 mins, for walking, cycling, canoeing, horse riding, children's adventure parks and zoo.
The beautiful Atlantic beaches on the West Coast are approx 30 mins drive.
La Rochelle famous for its old port, sea food restaurants and shops is 40 mins drive.
La Rochelle Airport 40 mins
Nantes airport 1 hour

St Malo 3 hours
