Located in the village of St Michel le Cloucq on the edge of Mervent National Park, La Maison Du Papillon is a lovely property in a great location.

ACCOMMODATION
The property offers a large house with 4 bedrooms for let on a Bed and Breakfast basis, and a 2 bedroomed gite on a self catering basis.
The grounds are all totally private and child-friendly secure. The garden area has 2 swings, outdoor games, 3 bikes, booles, bbq, fridge for drinks and lights and music for the evenings. Swimming (splash)pool.

GITE - self catering for 4
The gite is sem-idetached from the main house and sleeps 4 people.
The property has been renovated to a good standard and offers plenty of original features.
The kitchen includes 4 gas hobs, double oven, microwave, fridge etc. Dining table and seating for 4 people. There is a washing machine located in the barn area.
The living area has a TV, video, DVD, wood burning fire.
Upstairs is a double bedroom and a seperate bedroom with a single bed and a child bed.

HOUSE - Bed and Breakfast
B&B includes 2 x Double bedrooms upstairs plus 1 x single bedroom with a luxury spa bathroom. Downstairs is a family bedroom which sleeps 2-3 persons and has an ensuite shower room.
All bedrooms and the dining room have original features that have been restored to a high standard, whilst retaining French style and character.
We serve a traditional continental breakfast,
and on request a delicious evening Barbeque is held twice a week.
