Only 10 minute drive away is the lovely renaissance town of Fontenay Le Comte which has a large variety of shops, restaurants, cafes etc.
The property itself is set within 3 acres of land with the garden area mainly set to lawn.
The swimming pool is approximately 11 metres x 5 metres with steps gently leading into the pool and the deep end being 2 metres deep. It has an alarm for security. Pool is shared with the owner.
There is a gravelled area with table and chairs for outside dining, or to sit and relax with a glass of wine. Bar-b-q available.

The kitchen is eequipped with fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine and microwave.
Lounge area has a large day bed and a sofa bed. TV and DVD player.
The bedroom has twin beds.
Extra child bed and cot available if required.
Shower room with WC and washbasin.
Outside there is a large courtyard area with table and chairs. Bar-b-q and full use of garden and pool which is shared with the owners.
The swimming pool is approx 11m x 5m with gentle steps leading to the shallow end, the deep end is 2m. The pool is alarmed for security.

Located in the sunny Vendee famous for its beautiful beaches and good climate.
The gite is located with the farmhouse (la Nizette), set in a small hamlet, in a private and quiet location, yet is only 1km from the village of Velluire which has a restaurant, boulangerie, bar, tabac and post office.
The surrounding fields and farm tracks are great for cycling and walks.
Located in the South Vendee, 10 minutes drive from the historic renaissance town of Fontenay le Comte. Close to the waterways and canals of the Marais Poitevin with great fishing (permits available from the local bar tabac).
The forest of Mervent 15 mins, for walking, cycling, canoeing, horse riding, childrens adventure parks and zoo.
The beautiful beaches on the West coast are approx 30 mins drive.
La Rochelle famous for its old port, sea food restaurants and shops is 40 mins drive.
