La Provenche is a renovated Vendeen farmhouse set in a quiet
hamlet, approximately 5 minutes drive from the supermarkets and shops of La
Chataigneraie. A perfect location for a quiet holiday yet plenty of
amenities on your doorstep with lots of places of interest, activities etc
for people of all ages and preferences.
The property boasts 4 large bedrooms and accommodates 10/12 people.
Outside is a lovely Heated swimming pool 8 metres x 4 metres, which is fenced off for security.
Games room offers Table Tennis and Table Football.

ACCOMMODATION
The farmhouse will sleep 10/12 persons. It has 4 large bedrooms comprising of two double bedrooms, one family room with double bed and bunks, and a twin bedded room. Two single ‘sofa’ beds are also available together with a cot and high chair. Quilts, pillows and linen are provided, but not towels.
The spacious kitchen/diner is fully fitted and has a fridge freezer, microwave, gas cooker, toaster and electric kettle. The utility room is equipped with a sink, washing machine, dishwasher and an extra fridge.
The open plan lounge has a log burner. There is also a television (with DVD) receiving multi TV channels similar to British’ freeview’ together with multi radio channels.
There are two bathrooms on the first floor, one fitted with bath / shower, washbasin and toilet, and the second with toilet and washbasin. There is also a shower room and toilet on the ground floor.
Games room includes Table Tennis and Table football.
OUTSIDE
Heated swimming pool 8m x 4m fenced off for security
Boules pitch, and games room offer on site activities.
There is ample garden furniture and a B.B.Q.
Shaded patio area
There are 2 seperate garden areas, both secure, one of which is large enough for a game of cricket etc.
The garden has the added advantage of amber glow lighting that will allow you to extend your enjoyment of the outdoors into the evening.

You will need to take pool/beach towels with you.
Change over day is Saturday
