Recently renovated to retain traditional features including internal stone walls, wood burner fireplace, (logs available for a small charge) and lots of exposed beams La Racaudiere sleeps up to 8 persons in spacious comfort with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and further bedroom with good sized bunk beds.
* Fully equipped kitchen including cooker, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave.
* Single level accommodation
* Large living area with fire, satellite TV, video
* Kitchen/Dining area with ample seating for eight
* 2 Large double bedrooms
* Modern shower room plus further bathroom
* Large twin bedroom, and further room with good sized bunk beds
* Spacious open plan living area with doors to terrace and fully enclosed private garden

Private fully enclosed walled garden, ideal for children and relaxation, complete with tables, chairs and BBQ.

LOCATION
La Racaudiere is positioned just a mile away from the village of Angle, which has bars, restaurants, supermarkets and markets. More shops can be found in Jard sur Mer and Talmont St Hilaire. The long, often empty sandy beaches are close by and easily reached at a number of resorts including Saint Vincent, Jard or La Tranche Sur Mer.

In just over an hour, you can be at the world-renowned Puy du Fou leisure park and amazing son et lumiere or perhaps you may prefer Futuroscope at Poitiers. You may like to visit some of the many rivers and lakes in the area, which boast good fishing, walking, boating and cycling. The Venise Vert, with its miles of interlocking canals and waterways, is a great place to visit for all of these activities and lies within a 30 minute drive.
For those with a love of architecture and good shopping (especially French markets!), the chic city of La Rochelle is less than 1 hour away. Closer to home you have the belle resort of Sables d'Olonne famous for yachting races or a good golf course at Port Bourgenay.
