Apartment T3 has been totally renovated and is a sunny apartment which is 55m2, accommodation as follows:

American kitchen fully equipped with crockery, kitchen utensils, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer etc
Living room is 20m2 with TV, hifi, table and 6 chairs, fan and a clickety-clack settee bed which is very comfortable (double bed).
Two beautiful bedrooms which are both 9 x 12m2 with parquet flooring and walls waxed in pale yellow or salmon tone. Both bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe etc.
Shower room has a shower cubicle, WC, wash basin, washing machine, fan, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
Babies Cot available
Security and intercom.
Small pets accepted, as long as you get owners permission first.
