This charming apartment has been totally renovated and is in a residential area of good standing - "La Moquetterie".

Living room is 20m2 with TV, hifi, table and 6 chairs, fan and a clickety-clack settee bed which is very comfortable (double bed).
Two beautiful bedrooms which are both 9 x 12m2 with parquet flooring and walls waxed in pale yellow or salmon tone. Both bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe etc.
Shower room has a shower cubicle, WC, wash basin, washing machine, fan, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Small pets accepted, as long as you get owners permission first.
