Bedroom 1, found upstairs leads off the gallery, this room has exposed beams with views overlooking the front garden. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, lounge area with 2 easy chairs and coffee table. En-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower unit, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom 2, is on the ground floor, in the North Wing, with double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, lounge area with 2 easy chairs and a coffee table. Exposed beams and an antique tiled floor. Bedroom 3, in the South Wing is situated on the mezzanine floor overlooking the games room and has 3 single beds, wardrobe. Exposed beams. Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor. This room has French doors opening onto a terrace with views to the pools and gardens. The room has a double bed , bedside tables, wardrobe, lounge area with 2 easy chairs and a coffee table.. In keeping with the renovation much of the furniture is antique and typically French with the added comfort of modern living. Bedroom 5, on the ground floor. This room has French doors opening on the rear gardens with views of the Cedar tree.It is a large open airy room having 4 single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and settee. The Patio and terraces are planted with colourful shrubs and plants,and there is plenty of garden furniture for eating 'al fresco' in the warm balmy evenings!! BBQ provided. The pools (both heated) are exceptional, the main pool is 6m x 10m and attached is a 3m children's pool making a haricot shape.The main pool is 2 metres deep at the deep end and 1.2metres at the shallow end, and the childrens' pool is 55cm deep. There is terracing all around the pool which is fenced off for security. Sunloungers. The games room situated in the house has a 3/4 size Snooker table. There is table tennis in the garden. The Gardens. To the front of the house is a stone gravelled area with colourful and interesting shrubs and a variety of annual bedding,a striking, welcoming display. Another interesting feature is the old village pump. The double gates lead onto a driveway a double garage and plenty of car parking facilities. As you venture further along the drive it opens out onto a woodland garden planted with shrubs and trees. At the furthest end of the garden you will find a small lake. The Cedar Tree on the knoll overlooking the lake is several hundred years old. The rear gardens and HEATED swimming pools are enclosed within a walled courtyard providing shelter and privacy,and the pool is fenced off for security. The swimming pool will be heated May 27 - September 30. You are invited to visit our other complex in St Martin des Fontaines and you will have full use of the facilities on offer there. These include indoor heated swimming pool, boules, outdoor backgammon and chess, indoor heated pool, snooker and pool. After a hard day enjoying yourselves, relax with some music on the Hi-fi system or catch upon the English television news, read from the collection of books or watch a DVD to pass those last minutes of a fully enjoyable day. |

10 people. It has been sympathetically renovated and blends the charm of old
