century and consists of three spacious holiday cottages and two cosy bed &
breakfast. Customers in all of these properties have full use of all facilities

Sport for both adults and children alike! Enjoy the swimming pool
(10.40 m x 5.60 m) at any time. Little ones will be safe as the pool is
completely fenced.
What about a game of tennis? Rackets and balls provided
For the whole family, what about trying the nine-hole crazy golf
pleasantly shaded.
If
you and your family enjoy riding a bike, you can borrow any of our
mountain-bikes anytime you like.
For the little ones:Children games (swings, etc...), sand pit, not to
mention the farm animals. Ducks, rabbits, chicken and goats can be fed and
touched, they love it!
In the gym, eight machines await you
Both football and table-tennis tables and an electronic dart
game.
The games room has both pool and French billiard tables

ARRIVALS AFTER 4PM and DEPARTURES BY 10AM
As the night falls, the whole area is bathed in lights to the delight
of all our guests who can enjoy the balmy air and the warm water of the
pool. Guests can relay their adventures of the day to each other in the
barbecue area, may-be over a glass of local wine. All the facilities on
site are available not only throughout the day, but also through the
evening.

This property is in a lovely, peaceful location in the village of Cezais.
It is located approximately 5 minutes from Vouvant, 10 minutes from Mervent. The nearest town of La Chataignerie is approx 15 minutes drive and the Rennaissance town of Fonteney le Comte with lots of lovely cafes,restaurants, shops, hypermarkets etc approx 20 minutes drive.
There is an abundance of places to visit, beaches and activities available, a lot more information is provided at the top of this page in the links box to the right of the page.

ACCOMMODATION
2 bedroom Character holiday cottage sleeping 6
The cottage is situated on the ground floor, swimming pool side. Relaxation area with garden furniture just outside the cottage.
As you enter the cottage, you notice the authenticity of the premises with its furniture in solid wood, its exposed beams, stone floor or wooden floor in the bedrooms and its original stone staircase, testimony of a glorious past.
The cottage has a fully equipped American style kitchen including a duel fuel cooker, a fridge, a microwave oven and a coffee machine.
In the living room featuring a large fireplace, you find three bar stools, a table, six chairs, a sofa (1.30 m wide bed), two armchairs, a wall-mounted television, a cupboard underneath the stairs and a sideboard.
An original stone staircase leads to the mezzanine and the bedroom.
On the mezzanine, there are two bunk beds and a chest of drawers. In the bedroom, there are a 1.40 m wide bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe.The cottage has of course a bathroom with a shower cubicle, a washbasin and a toilet.
It is possible to add a cot &/or a high chair. These must be requested when booking.
Private BBQ and patio area
Whilst staying at the Domaine, you have free access to all the facilities on site: swimming pool, tennis court, nine-hole crazy golf, games room with pool and French billiard tables, gym room and bikes to discover the area.
Cats & dogs are accepted.
