The property is converted French stone-built former farmhouse dating
back to 1900, and is situated in a very pretty and quiet hamlet with
approximately 5 neighbouring houses.
The area is very quiet with picturesque views spanning some 30 kms of the surrounding Vendee countryside.
An ideal location for holiday makers who are looking for a holiday with activities on the doorstep with plenty of nature trails for walkers and cycle routes for cyclists in the immediate and surrounding area.
The house is double glazed and has electric heating. For winter month's there is an additional wood burner in the guests lounge....
The property has 2 acres of agriculture land at the rear of the property, there are magnificent views of the open countryside.
We offer homely and family orientated accommodation within a stress free environment.
The area is very quiet with picturesque views spanning some 30 kms of the surrounding Vendee countryside.

PRICES
01 October - 31 March 275 Euros per week for up to 4 persons
01 April - 30 September 380 Euros per week for up to 4 persons
Plus 75 Euros for each additional person per week (children under 2 years excluded from the extra charge.
Security deposit 200 euros payable in cash upon arrival and will be refunded in full if no damage to the property and left in a clean and tidy condition.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS: Hire of bed linen and house towels if required
Saturday changeover day, though this can be flexible. Arrivals after 4pm and departures by 10am.

Nearest expanses of sandy beaches offering safe bathing and surfing are approx 1 hours drive, beaches include La Tranche sur mer, Longeville, Le Faute sur mer, Aguillon, and Les Sables D'Olonne plus many more....

The Grand Parc Puy du Fou is a spectacular theme park catering for all age groups....not to he missed And many more attractions too numerous to mention.
La Rochelle, with its typically French cafe culture, Paris style shops, historical port and Aquarium and the beautiful island of Ile de Re, some 1 hour 20 minutes drive.
Lots of great places for walking, cycling, swimming, water sports, horse riding etc
Also local lakes that allow fishing on a day ticket purchased at the Local Tabac.
Local airports of Nantes, La Rochelle and Poitier, approx 1hr 20 mins.drive.

Ground floor offers a spacious guests lounge/ diner, with comfortable seating for six, dining table and chairs to accommodate six,.Satellite T.V (with Freeview channels), and Internet access . Wood burner. Separate kitchen equipped with gas cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge. Additional separate toilet.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, (1 with satellite t.v. and phone point)...and are all fully furnished. In addition there is also facility to provide a cot if required.
Separate spacious bathroom with bath, shower over, wc and wash basin.
We offer internet access and free telephone calls to land lines only within Europe.

Private South facing garden for guests use only. Garden furniture provided, offering Al Fresco dining, plus an undercover BBQ area
