Les Tournesols is a lovely 5 bedroomed house which is set in extensive grounds with plenty of lawn, trees, and shrubs offering plenty of shade. Alongside the house is a lovely 10m private pool which has been fenced off for security.
The property is situated between the Lucon [7 mins drive]and Mareuil sur Lay [3 mins drive], just 20 minutes drive from wonderful beaches such as La Tranche sur mer. Situated within walking distance of the village of Corpe, the property is set well back from the road, has a large garden, patio and courtyard with large fields on the other three sides, making it very private but not isolated.
