This large traditional town house is situated just 1Km from the large
village of Moncoutant, which offers all the local amenities. Recreational
facilities are in abundance and include horseriding, walking, cycling and
particularly some wonderful fishing at the Pescalis lakes.
The property has been renovated to a very good standard throughout and offers safe, secure gardens and lovely swimming pool.

ACCOMMODATION
The ground floor consists of a well equipped kitchen with an American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob.
There is a large, comfortable lounge with 2 settees, log burner and TV with Sky and a DVD player.
Opposite the lounge is the beautiful dining room with table, chairs and sideboard and a HiFi unit.
Also a ground floor WC
On the first floor are 2 bedrooms. The first comprises superking size double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The second bedroom comprises kingsize double bed, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.
On the second floor is a third double bedroom with kingsize bed, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers.
Opposite this bedroom is the modern, fully tiled bathroom with large corner bath, separate shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC.
Cots and high chairs are available on request.
OUTSIDE
Outside there is a large lawned area which is private and fully secure. Within the lawns is a large, luxury swimming pool (8X4 mtrs) with a surrounding patio with sunbeds and chairs. There is also a barbecue and lots of games for the garden and pool. 4 adult bikes are available for guests to use.
Everything has been done in the property and its' gardens to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If there are any special requests, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate your requirements.

Security bond of £200, this is fully refundable if no damage to property and left in a clean and tidy condition. .
25% non-refundable booking deposit on confirmation and balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to arrival.
Change-over days: Saturdays.

There is a new cycle track, built in 2009, which goes from our house into Moncoutant where you will find 2 supermarkets, butchers, 2 bakers, banks and cafes. We are situated in easy access of three large ancient towns Parthaney,Bressuire and Cholet.
Recreational facilities are in abundance and include horseriding, walking, cycling and particularly some wonderful fishing at the Pescalis lakes. Also within 10 minutes by car there is a go karting track and adventure forest where tree walks are a must.
The famous Grand Parc of Puy de Fou is just 1/2 hour away, the medeival town of Parthenay, the beautiful village of Vouvant and the forest of Mervent are all easily accessible.
The west coast resorts of La Rochelle, La Faute sur Mer and La Tranche sur Mer are approximately 1 hour by car.
Easily accessible from La Rochelle, Nantes and Poitiers airports, or by car from all channel ports.
