‘Petite Paradis’ as the name suggests is a small piece of paradise in France! Traditional, detached Country Farmhouse in a tranquil, idyllic setting yet within easy reach of the attractions of the Deux-Sevres. Situated in a pretty little hamlet on the outskirts of the village of Chiché, between the medieval town of Parthenay and the bocage town of Bressuire. Plunge Pool.

INDOORS
This charming property holds many original features and has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard, offering accommodation for 5/6 people. The bedrooms are luxuriously appointed and equipped with hairdryers and towels. A large and extremely comfortable lounge with Sky TV and log burning stove completes the ambience. The dining kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster etc.

Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 2) Comprises double bed, drawer units, wardrobe areas, console table and mirrors, Sky TV.
Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2) Comprises double bed, dressing table, cabinets and clothes rail.
Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 1/2) Comprises single bed with further single mattress to pull out and chest of drawers.
The landing area has a curtained section for further wardrobe use.

On the ground floor there is a luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and Jacuzzi shower. The first floor has a washroom with toilet and washbasin

OUTDOORS
Above ground plunge pool and barbeque. The extensive garden at the rear has a children’s play area with swing and sandpit. Guests can partake in boules and darts along with other outdoor games. Bicycles are available for use by guests.

Petite Paradis is available to rent privately as a whole, sleeping up to 6 people, self catering. We welcome enquiries throughout the year from families or groups.

LOCATION
The hamlet of La Priaudiere is in a peaceful, rural setting, just 1.4km from the village of Chiché which has 2 informal Restaurants, a small Vival Supermarket, Post Office, Bank, Pharmacy, 2 Boulangeries, 2 Hairdressers, Estate Agent and a large General Store. The nearest town of Bressuire is 10 minutes drive away with numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The medieval town of Parthenay with its many attractions is 20 minutes drive away.

The area is excellent for walking, cycling, fishing, boating, swimming etc. Only a 300 meter walk to a picnic area by the river with benches and boules pitches.
