be paid, in full, not less than 10 weeks before the commencement of the
rental. I confirm that I am over the age of 18, I

seperate Travel Insurance with cancellation cover is taken out. In
the unfortunate event of you having to cancel this
should enable you to claim non refundable monies.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. The apartments known as N°.10
& N°.11 Puerto Marina, Mojacar, La Grange Holidays (“the
property”) is offered for holiday rental subject to
confirmation by T.J.Goverd (“the owner”) to
the renter (“the
client”).
2. To reserve the property the client must complete the
booking form and return it to, together,
with the initial non-refundable
deposit (£100 per week per apartment booked). Following the
receipt of the
completed booking form and the deposit, the owner, will send a
confirmation
invoice and statement. This is the formal acceptance of the
booking.
3. The balance of the rental, together with the security deposit
(see clause 4) is payable not less
than ten (10) weeks prior to the
commencement of the rental period. If payment is not
received by the due
date, the owner reserves the right to give notice, in writing, that
the
reservation is cancelled. Reservations made within ten (10) weeks of the
start of the rental
period require payment in full at the time of
booking.
4. The Client shall be responsible for, and refund the Owner for any
damage or breakages that
occur during their rental period, excluding those
caused by fair ware and tare, or those caused
by actions or events that the
Renter could claim to have no reasonable control over.
5. Subject to clauses
2 and 3 above, in the event of a non-insurable cancellation, refunds
of
amounts paid will be made if the owner is able to re-let the property. Any
expenses or losses
incurred in doing so will be deducted from the refundable
amount. The client is strongly
advised to arrange a comprehensive travel
insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and
to have full cover for
the party’s personal belongings, public liability etc. Since these are
not
covered by the owners insurance.
6. The rental period shall commence
at 16.00hrs on the first day and finish at 10.00hrs on the
last day. The
owner shall not be obliged to offer the accommodation before the time
stated
and the client shall not be entitled to remain in occupation after the
time stated.
7. The maximum number of people to reside in either property
must not exceed 6 unless the
owner has given written
permission.
8. The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care
of the property and to
leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of
the rental period. The owner reserves the
right, and the client agrees to pay
the owner any expenses for additional cleaning costs if the
client leaves the
property in an unacceptable condition. The Owners Agent shall be the
sole
judge as to what constitute an unacceptable condition.
9. The client
shall report to the owner, without delay, any defects or breakdowns
equipments,
plant, machinery, or appliances in the property. Swimming pools
or any of the facilities, so that
arrangements for replacement or repair can
be made as soon as possible.
10. The owner shall not be liable to the client…
for any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of
public services to the
property nor in respect of any equipment, plant, machinery or appliance
in
the property, garden, accommodation or swimming pools and/or complex… for any
loss,
damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions,
riot, war, strikes or other
matters beyond the control of the owner. The
owners’ liability to the client will not exceed the
amount paid to the owner
for the rental period.
