LOCATION
The village of Vouille Les Marais is in a peaceful, rural setting yet within easy reach of all amenities and attractions. Boulangerie is just a couple of minutes walk away, restaurants, bar and village shop also within easy walking distance in the main High Street a few minutes away.
The nearest town of Fontenay Le Comte is 10-15 minute drive away.
La Rochelle is 35 minute drive.

The area is excellent for walking, cycling, fishing, boating, swimming etc etc...
There are plenty of places to go and lots to do to suits all ages and tastes. These include Puy Du Fou, Mervent forest, Mervent Zoo, Ile de Re, La Rochelle aquarium, childrens adventure parks, beautiful beaches, chateaus, museums, wine tasting - the list goes on and on...

It is an excellent base for walking, fishing, cycling, swimming and bird watching. Just 31 kilometres to the lovely beaches, La Rochelle and Ile de Re, which is a very exclusive island with many restaurants

This pretty stone built farmhouse offers a large living area, private enclosed garden with swimming pool and a lovely summer kitchen with a very large dining area.

Kitchen/Dining Area has lots of character due to lots of lovely original features including beams, stone walls, fire place with log fire.... Kitchen area includes cooker, fridge/freezer/ice maker, microwave etc. Washing machine available.
There is a beautiful, comfortable lounge with 3 settees, english TV/DVD and a music centre.
