La Grange Ardoux is the 5 Bedroomed Gite. Central heating. The property enjoys views over open countryside and has 2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens.

2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens with lots of room for children to play. Plenty of quiet and shady corners for peaceful relaxation. There is also a Boules court and giant garden chess set. Outdoor swimming pool (12 metres x 6 metres) is fenced off for security. Large Trampoline and childrens play area.
Games barn offers: Indoor Heated 8 metres x 4 metres swimming pool. Sauna. Snooker, Pool, Table Tennis Tables

ACCOMMODATION
LA GRANGE ARDOUX - 5 Bedroomed Gite. Sleeps 10
Bedroom 1 on the ground floor. A lounge area with easy chairs and coffee table.
Bedroom 2 Double bed with ensuite bathroom. Dressing Room with wardrobe and a lounge area with easy chairs and coffee table.
Bedroom 3 Double bed with ensuite bathroom, wardrobe and dressing table. Good views over the gardens.
Bedroom 4 & 5 - Both bedrooms have two single beds, wardrobe and dressing table.
On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
In the entrance hall there is toilet and washbasin.
The lounge is a large beautiful room with log burner,large table and chairs to dine 10 in comfort. Plenty of easy chairs for relaxing or watching the TV or DVD.
The spacious Kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There are ample pots, pans and utensil, and large storage and work surfaces.
The gite is Centrally Heated.

La Grange Ardoux is a Saturday changeover day, however, this is flexible outside of the main season.
There is a £100 security deposit which is fully refundable if no damage to the property or breakages.
Hire of Bed linen, if required, £7 per person per week.

LOCATION
La Grange is situated in rural surroundings. L'Hermenault village is very close and offers a bakery, butchers, tabac, supermarket, post office, 2 banks, dentist, and an English speaking Doctor. St Martins Des Fontaines is closer but offers no shops - but it has a bar and does good food.
Nearest town of Fontenay Le Comte is a 10-minute drive away. Mervent forest is a large wooded area ideal for picnics, walking, biking etc., Mervent has a manmade beach and is suitable for swimming and sailing. - this is approx 10 minutes. Puy Du Fou is approx 40 minutes drive.
Venice Vert with the canals is approx 20 minutes drive.
L'Hermenault village is 15-minute walk (1.5km).
Beautiful beaches of Les Sables D'Olonne, La Tranche Sur Mer, Les Conches etc are approx 45 minutes drive. La Rochelle offers a beautiful harbour, Great seafood restaurants and a good beach and is 45 minutes drive.
La Rochelle airport is 45-minute drive. Nantes airport 1-hour drive, Poitiers airport is 1hr 10 min drive. Car hire is available at these airports. St Malo is an easy 3-hour drive. Caen is approx 4.5 hours and Cherbourg approx 5.5 hours drive.       Excellent Discounted Ferry Prices
