Full sized swimming pool plus a hot tub/spa and a sauna.

The house comprises of fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar, oven, hob, microwave, full sized american fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker etc etc. Door leading to patio area.

The seperate utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier, sink etc.

The lounge are has the original beamed ceilings, and two large original fireplaces. There are large comfortable armchairs and settee, also large dining table and chairs. Doors leading to patio area.

Downstairs WC and washbasin.

Upstairs offers two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and toilet.
Two twin bedrooms with shared ensuite shower and toilet facilities.
One bedroom with 3/4 bed and single with ensuite bath and toilet.

The SPA is available for 100 Euros per week.
We ask that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental. If you require the property to be cleaned at the end of your rental this can be done for 100 Euros.

Location
The lovely property is located in the village of St Martin Des Fontaines, L'Hermenault village is just 2km away and has a small supermarket, boulangerie, pharmacy, bank, post office etc.

The nearest town is Fontenay le Comte and is approx 15 minutes drive away offering a variety of hypermarkets, restaurants and cafes etc. A lovely renaissance town which must be seen.

The property has an excellent location, with the beautiful city of La Rochelle and the exclusive island of Ile de Re being only 45 minute drive away. Beaches also approx 40 minute drive.
There is plenty to do in the area whether your interests are water sports, walking, cycling, horse riding, visiting museums, tourist attractions, wine tasting the list goes on and on. Whatever your age and interests the Vendee has something to offer everybody.
